Can someone explain the difference between this and Briar?
One advantage of this is, unlike meshtastic, I already have the hardware in the pocket.

I think meshtastic fills a different niche - it's much longer range and much lower bitrate than Bluetooth
Looks nice and interesting, but it needs more updates.
