This line No mortal hand may twist it 'round. might technically not bind corporations, as they are different from natural people, i.e. mortals, in some jurisdictions.
Generally, preambles are not considered binding terms.
But this isn't open source. It restricts you from using it for profit.
That's the one departure from open source that i can tolerate.
